imas offers a remote mortgage advice service via email, telephone or post but the majority of the advice is given on a 1:1 basis in Devon, Somerset and Cornwall.
Being independent imas is able to act as your agent and not as an agent or employee of a Bank or Building Society. It is your interests we have at heart and represent and protect. Independence is being able to offer choice but a key aspect is that the advice given is not limited or tied to the lending policy of one mortgage lender – we can think and advise independently – i.e. removed from the constraints of one lender.
Independence also means choice – there are over 16,000 mortgage products on the market and with 20 years’ experience we are able to articulate a clear brief from our clients and then use the whole of the market to offer independent mortgage advice. We offer ALL types of mortgages for ALL types of circumstances. We offer residential mortgages, commercial mortgages as well as mortgages for investment properties – be it Buy To Let in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset or the rest of the UK. We are also very involved in overseas properties and can offer mortgage advice in this respect.
